KoekiesEnCream: {Feast} What to Pick for Easter!

It is without any delay that KoekiesEnCream rushed to Pick n Pay to select the best products for an Easter treat...something sour, salty and something sweet. In my dreams I could never have thought, that I could spoil the ones I love with what I bought...AND get so many new chocolaty variations by simply trying a few different combinations.

Here is my KoekiesEnCream eas{y}ter recipe:

Chocolate Marshmallow Melt Vanilla Layer Cake

Ingredients:

{Vanilla Cake}

250g Stork Bake

1 ½ cups Castor Sugar

3 teaspoons Vanilla

4 large eggs

3 ½ cups flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 cup milk

{Topping}

18 PnP Milk Chocolate Coated Marshmallow Eggs

3 Cadbury Caramel Eggs {optional}

Method:

{Cake}

Beat Stork Bake and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time while beating on medium spead. Add vanilla. Sieve dry ingredients together and add into mixture, alternating with milk.

Spoon mixture into a 25cm lightly greased baking tin and bake for 50-60 minutes in an oven preheated at 180*C. Test with a cake tester and leave to cool for about 15 miutes. Turn over cake onto a cooling rack and slice cake into two layers.

{Topping}

Place 9 PnP Chocolate Coated Marshmallow Eggs on each layer. Stack the one layer onto of the other and place in the oven for 10 minutes on 190*C until the marshmallow eggs have melted down the sides of the Vanilla Cake. Leave to cool a little. Place 3 Cadbury Caramel Eggs {optional} on top for decoration.
